Our apartment was freshly painted and had all new flooring and a new bathtub when we moved in. The neighbors aren't too bad, noisy sometimes, but mostly okay. I think that just comes with living in apartments. But management has been very kind and helpful when we need something

I have had a squirrel living in the walls of my house that has digging holes in to the walls of my house they have done absolutely nothing about it. I will not be resigning my lease and I have also filed a formal complaint against the complex. DONT LIVE HERE

submitted by Marc A. - |Recommended: NoIf You Can Afford It Live Somewhere Else — 1. this new website is terrible. It is not intuitive. It is too hard to find and use the section for rent payment. 2. The apartments are old and poorly constructed. The new corporate ownership uses public relations type we care letters etc but provides little competent management. 3. They also add fees such as charging us a fee for receipt of the varying monthly bills, and insisting we pay only thru the websire and charging a fee to do so

submitted by Yolanda M. - |Recommended: YesOverall Review — I've been living here for 2 1 2 years and the apartments has changed tremendously since management changed. The management seems to never take the residents needs seriously. The manager just sits behind her desk and make false promises that she ever follow up on. The apartment maintenance needs help and more available resources because I have been waiting on ordered windows for 2 1 2 years for both rooms. The laundry room is ridiculously nasty and half of the equipment doesn't work properly and takes your money. I think these could be some nice apartments with proper management and staff that takes the residents needs in consideration. The apartments are old and needs to be updated bad.

submitted by John R. - |Recommended: YesThings Are Great For The Most Part — It's been two months, I've had two maintenance requests in in regards to 4 of the 6 outlets not working in the kitchen, the two of which are hidden behind the stove making it hard to get to and so far, I've gotten a note letting me know they have to look into it more, and nothing else has been done, and in fact the initial maintainence ticket disappeared out of the records. Other than that, everything else is great.
