submitted by Sandra L. - |Recommended: NoCould Use Massive Improvements — Grounds keeping at a all time low, trash everywhere. Discarded furniture left at dumpsters for months at a time. Stairways leading to upstairs apartments need something on them to prevent slipping especially in winter weather. Parking is a massive problem with visitors parking in resident areas and vise versa. Outside parking lot lighting needs to be looked at more closely, some of the lights have been out for along time.

submitted by Nathan I. - |Recommended: YesGood Overall, But Could Really Use More Parking At The 1 Bed, 1 Bath Apartments Side — From what I've seen, this place is above average. More parking needs to be made available in the 1 bed, 1 bath apartment section. If you live in this section, you better be back at your apartment before 8 00pm each night or be prepared to park a couple buildings away from your apartment. It's annoying, and my only real complaint about this place. Trash is sometimes lying about, but that is to be expected living in the city. I haven't had any problems with the maintenance staff. They do their job well, though it may take some time to get to you. The building as a whole is acceptable, but could use better insulation to save themselves and their tenants money on electricity for heating cooling. I really do like the layout ad design of mine, and the renovations made are appreciated. The staff is always ready to help and is friendly. Overall, I would recommend these apartments.

submitted by Lucas S. - |Recommended: NoDon't Move Here, They Really Don't Care. — I would tell them that at first look, things will seem decent. Then, the summer will come around and they will experience the hottest summer of their life in the apartment, because the air conditioning units are garbage. When they fill out a maintenance request for their air conditioning, 4 days later they will respond by just changing the air filter and nothing else. If you have other maintenance issues, such as things falling out of your outlets when you plug them in because the outlets are so bad, they won't even respond to your work order. When you talk to the staff at Pinebrook though, everyone is so nice. They make it seem like they care about you and your experience, but each time something happens, they always find a way to not be very helpful. I had my plants stolen from my porch and they didn't even acknowledge my complaint. Like, they 100 ignored it as if it didn't happen. I have filed 5 or 6 noise complaints in the past 4 months regarding my upstair neighbors, and every time I get a phone call saying, There's nothing we can really do about it because of COVID, you should just call the police instead . I mean, it's not like the contracts contained community agreements in them about noise and being respectful of neighbors, oh wait, they did. Pinebrook honestly just doesn't care that your neighbors are loud. They don't care that your air conditioning doesn't work. And simply, Pinebrook doesn't care about you. The only thing they care about is whether or not you pay your rent by the 1st each month. So no, don't move here. I promise you that you will regret it.

submitted by Aaron W. - |Recommended: NoNo Parking Infront Of My Building..actually Thereis No Parking Anywhere Really — There is alot of movement in parking lot, infront of appts. And its not movement during the day, which would be understandable... its All throughout the night Weekdays, Weekends, every night. Ive been here over a month now, and there hasnt been 1 single day when there wasnt garbage overflowing out of the dumpsters. Along with old mattresses, old chairs and furniture, oh and evertime i take my trash out, i inevitably always step on broken glass bottles, etc...Even had a piece about the size of a half dollar get stuck in the rubber sole of my brand new shoes i had just bought Took pliers to finally get it removed Grass in front of appt desperately needs some grass seed and straw to fill in the many spots that are just mud Lawn has so many divets and uneven landscaping that while i was moving in, my 72 year old father fell down and tv fell on him. Injuring his shoulder and hip, simply because the mud, not grass, and dips in the yard. And it hadnt rained in atleast a week and a half, possibly 2 weeks, prior to him falling. My entire walkway to my appt has a foot of wet leaves that i must tip toe thru. There is no getting around it Also when returning home from work at night, it is almost impossible to see the turn in from Tates Creek Rd. No lights at all. Cant see Pinebrooke sign at all Same with the driveway down into the complex...complete darkness Im afraid to even walk to the gas station right across the street at night, to simply go get cigarettes or a pop...total darkness This is literally All just within the 1st 30 days of being here Not too happy so far

submitted by Ian W. - |Recommended: NoA Lot Of Small, Nagging Problems. — The staff is very nice and professional and the service is very good for the rent. Still, there are numerous nagging problems that stem from cutting corners in building and require constant maintenance. The maintenance staff are quick and courteous, but it would save them a lot of time and trouble if the original workmanship hadn't been so shoddy.
